We specialize in capturing milestones.
From the expectant mother, your tiny newborn, the curiosity of a child and the unforgettable family moments captured to share with family and friends.
At ATW we guarantee that you and your family get amazing images. The hardest part of the session will be picking the images to print and share.
Regular sessions are one hour , with many different poses and props , there is no shortage of great images.
SMILING, LAUGHING, CRYING, SERIOUS & SLEEPING…..WE CAPTURE IT ALL!
If you are interested in a specific look we will be happy to accommodate.
STUDIO INFORMATION
Please arrive 10 min prior to your session.
Regular Sessions are ONE HOUR, allowing everyone time to enjoy themselves without rushing. An hour also allows time for outfit changes, hair touch ups,or to soothe a crying baby.
If you need to reschedule please call one day in advance.
KIDS IN THE STUDIO
NEWBORNS
We suggest bringing your new baby into the studio as soon as you can. Your baby will never be that tiny again and you will be so thankful you have those memories captured. For this shoot we do not recommend any clothing. If you have a special toy or blanket please bring it along.
BABIES
Once your baby starts to sit we suggest you don’t bother with shoes and let their feet and toes show. We usually only see the soles of the shoes .For little girls , sometimes dresses and skirts tend to ride up revealing diapers and tights. We suggest a matching diaper cover . Picking out outfits is a hard task and we always offer our advice so we suggest bringing several outfits to choose from.
Once your baby is motoring around we love capturing action shots. Shoes are fun at this age.
Maternity
The perfect images for your baby’s photo album. In addition to your individual portrait, you may want to include images with your partner or children.
The best maternity photos are done at 5-8 months. Most mothers are looking for semi clothes poses. Men’s dress shirts are a great choice. Solid colours and pastels are best.
FAMILY
The best way to create continuity in a family or group photo is to dress in the same style and colour combination .It takes some planning but the results are worth it.
PETS
We welcome your pets, but please have them well groomed prior to the session. Bring smaller pets in a carrier and larger dogs on leases. Don't forget some toys and treats to help keep them calm. The lights flashes are similar to lighting flashes. Please do not bring your pet if you thing they may become aggressive.
PROPS
We have many props and background styles on hand . If you would like to bring something along please feel free to do so.
