How things have changed ...

Hi everyone .i hope everyone had an awesome holiday .. I know it's been awhile .. I promise this year to at least blog post once a week. One of my business New Years resolutions :)..

So.... The studio is now located in Belleville ( finally).. We have a great location , and cannot wait to start some painting / decorating .. After Bentley was born I thought shooting out of my home would be easier on us all... It wasn't .. It proved to be very stressful on all of us.. So before the holiday sessions started we moved ... Made for a much smoother holiday session season:)

I shot over 60 sessions in three weeks in December , not unusual for me , just harder to adjust when you add in a teething , non-sleeping baby.. Hehehe

I have a ton of sessions I want to share but of course I don't have a time right now :(

But I will share an updated pic of the reason life is so hectic right now ... 

Valentine mini, boudoir and Easter details are coming !!! Limited times ...

Life after Bentley

Hello everyone..

I  realize I hadn’t Blogged since the birth of Bentley. Life has changed so much for me the last 8 weeks. Bentley arrived March 13 2012 at 4:47pm. He weighed 5 pounds 9 ounces. Of course he has been in front of the camera many times since his birth, but Mom hasnt felt the greatest since the surgery. I am just feeling myself again. Bentley is amazing.. We have had lots of no sleep , a few blow out diapers and of course my new perfume resembles milk, but I wouldn’t change it for anything. I have found that being a mom in my 30’s is very different than being a mom in my teens/ twenties… I am sure I am more tired now , but also feel like I am more put together. My fiance is adjusting very well to being a dad for the first time.. He has changed many diapers, gone on a few car rides to put Bentley to sleep and is working like a dog to support his family.. Bentley is now 8 weeks old and almost 12 pounds of baby chubbiness. We are sleeping now from 9pm-3am, then back to bed 330-530… We all seem to have adjusted well to life at home. My daughter Brooke has been amazing, after being not so keen on having a new baby brother ….it is nice to find her sneaking a pic of him on her cell phone and talking to him… He stares at her photos all day long on my walls.. I can’t wait to see the relationship they have….

Just to update.. here is my chubby little man yesterday at his 8 week shoot..

I honestly don’t remember time going this fast with his sister.. but then again I cannot believe she is almost 16 years old…
